DiTales Games (“we”, “us”) operates the mobile application Fishing Trip in Mediterranean (the “App”). This page explains what information the App handles and how.

1. Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

Your game progress (level, coins, catches, and settings) is stored locally on your device only. It is not transmitted to us or to any server we control.

2. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements (including opt-in rewarded ads that you choose to watch for an in-game bonus, and occasional full-screen ads between rounds). To serve ads, Google AdMob and its partners may collect and process certain information, including your device’s advertising identifier (Advertising ID), IP address, approximate location (derived from IP address), and information about your device and how you interact with ads.

This processing is carried out by Google, not by us. You can learn how Google uses information from apps that use its services here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can reset or limit your Advertising ID at any time in your device settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads, or Settings > Google > Ads).

3. Children

The App is intended for a general audience (ages 13 and over). It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell or share personal data. The only third-party service that processes data through the App is Google AdMob, solely for the purpose of showing advertisements, as described in Section 2.

5. Your choices

Because we do not hold personal data about you, there is nothing on our side to access, correct, or delete. You can remove all locally-stored game data by uninstalling the App or clearing its storage in your device settings. For ad-personalization choices, use your device’s Advertising ID controls described above.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective date” shown above.
